In Johnson City, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Tennessee, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Amazing farm with passionate staff. I live 2 hours from my parents and they are unable to grow their own garden this year due to health issues. I was able to purchase part of the CSA plan and have a box of fresh veggies delivered each week. What a blessing to them and for me to be able to help from a distance. They are so helpful and quick to respond on their FB page.

Amazing product. The plants were delivered fast and in great condition. They are thriving and producing some of the largest super hots I’ve ever seen.

Great quality of peach & nectarine scion wood. I received all dormant wood with well differentiated buds (both vegetative and flowering). My grafts took within 10 days

After paying for an order of apple scion wood from A Different Chick Farm and Orchard, I was supposed to receive a notification for shipping charges. Since I never received it, I called the phone number for this business (posted on Google) and a nice lady picked up the phone (who happened to be the business owner). She told me that due to a planned price reduction on their scion wood, they would be shipping my order for free because I paid full price before the discount could be applied. I was very happy and satisfied with the response, but due to a misunderstanding my order was not processed. I received a full refund, so I would like to amend my review to reflect the decency of their response to a mistake that, frankly, could've happened to anyone.

I wanted to let you know that the eggs I ordered arrived in perfect condition. I was super impressed that you individually wrapped each egg in bubble wrap to ensure a safe journey from your house to mine. The wrapping was easy for me to take off, there was no chance I would damage or crack an egg. Thank you so much, let’s do business again!
